Dongfeng Rich 6
Why this model
What makes the Dongfeng Rich 6 worth importing
Nissan engineering heritage
Built by Zhengzhou Nissan, a Dongfeng joint venture, so the pickup shares design lineage with Nissan's own trucks. For buyers who trust Japanese pickups, that connection is a genuine argument.
An electric pickup that actually exists
The Rich 6 EV offers 60.16 kWh, 120 kW and 420 Nm — a working electric pickup available now, which very few manufacturers can supply.
Diesel with 305 Nm
A 2.5-litre turbo diesel with four-wheel drive and a manual gearbox. Simple, repairable and running on the fuel that pickup markets actually use.
207 mm ground clearance on the EV
Proper pickup ride height rather than a lowered electric conversion, on a 3,150 mm wheelbase with a 5,290 mm body.

Dongfeng Rich 6 technical data
Manufacturer figures for the China-market car. Equipment and certification vary by trim, production batch and destination — we confirm the exact build sheet before the order is placed.

A dash means the manufacturer does not publish that figure for this version — we do not estimate it. Range standards differ: CLTC and NEDC read higher than WLTP for the same car, so compare like with like when quoting against a European rival.

About this model
Where the Dongfeng Rich 6 sits in the market
The Rich 6 — also called the Ruiqi 6 — is a double-cab pickup built by Zhengzhou Nissan, a Dongfeng joint venture. That heritage matters: the truck shares engineering lineage with Nissan's own pickups. It runs a 2.5-litre turbo diesel producing 148 PS and 305 Nm through a six-speed manual with four-wheel drive, with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol offered in some markets.
There is also a genuine electric version: 60.16 kWh LFP, 120 kW and 420 Nm, on a 5,290 mm body with a 3,150 mm wheelbase and 207 mm ground clearance. Working electric pickups are rare, and for urban delivery fleets or operations with depot charging it is a real option. The Philippines is a documented market for the EV version. For most destinations this is a parallel-export proposition.
Also sold as the Ruiqi 6. Built by Zhengzhou Nissan, a Dongfeng joint venture, so it shares engineering heritage with Nissan pickups. An electric version is offered in some markets.
Before you order
What an importer must know about the Dongfeng Rich 6
LHD; right-hand-drive availability is not documented, though the Philippines market suggests some RHD or regional capability exists — verify for your destination. Diesel emissions certification is the main obstacle for stricter markets: the 2.5-litre engine is built to Chinese domestic standards. Confirm feasibility before ordering. The electric version's range is quoted on NEDC, which reads considerably higher than WLTP. Payload and seating configuration determine duty classification in most markets, so specify the exact body and cab configuration your customer needs.
