Why isn't the X50 on Jetour's main global website?
It's a genuine Jetour model, but export-only and not sold in China — the vehicle is a rebadged Soueast DX5 (Soueast and Jetour are sibling brands under the Chery Holding group, and this platform-sharing arrangement began around 2022). It's maintained by regional distributors rather than the main jetourglobal.com team, which is why it doesn't appear on the primary site navigation.
Is this really in real dealer showrooms?
Yes — confirmed on-lot in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Panama, Chile, the Philippines and Malaysia through regional dealer sites and dealership photos, not just marketing pages.
Engine and drivetrain?
1.5T turbo, 115kW/156PS, 230N·m — the same core powertrain family used in the Jetour X70, with a 6-speed wet dual-clutch transmission.
Curb weight and top speed?
