About the Hyundai Elexio
The Elexio is Beijing Hyundai's first China-developed electric SUV, launched in October 2025 alongside Hyundai's new-energy strategy for China. It carries an 88.1 kWh battery rated 722 km CLTC, charging from 30 to 80 percent in around 27 minutes, and uses Huawei's driver-assistance system rather than Hyundai's own.
