LHD; the Q6L long-wheelbase body is China-only and right-hand drive is not produced. Audi does not export it, so parallel-export applies with no dealer warranty — a serious consideration for a premium electric vehicle where diagnostics and battery service need manufacturer tooling. Charging is GB/T on China-market cars, so a CCS2 market needs an adapter and the 270 kW figure requires a compatible high-power charger. The 800-volt architecture supports up to 270 kW, recovering around 260 km of range in ten minutes. That is genuinely among the fastest available. The caveat matters though: it needs a charger capable of delivering that power, which exists in China and parts of Europe but almost nowhere else yet. On a typical 150 kW charger the car still charges quickly, just not at the headline rate.

Why is the Chinese version better than the global Q6 e-tron? +

Longer body with more rear space, and a larger 107 kWh battery than the global car receives, giving over 700 km CLTC. Audi developed both specifically for Chinese buyers. For most export markets the Chinese specification is objectively the more appealing one — more range and more space — which is unusual, since China-market cars are often the compromised version.

Is warranty a bigger problem on an electric car? +

Yes, and it should be weighed carefully. Battery diagnostics, software updates and high-voltage service typically require manufacturer tooling and training that independent workshops lack. On a combustion car a parallel import can be serviced almost anywhere; on a premium electric one, less so. We would want to know your service arrangement before recommending this model.
