Leapmotor C10
Why this model
What makes the Leapmotor C10 worth importing
Sold officially across seven export markets
Australia, Europe, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and Thailand all take the C10. Type approval exists against European and Asia-Pacific standards, which removes the biggest unknown from an import.
Battery-electric or range-extender on one body
The REEV version covers 170 km on electricity and 950 km in total. Where charging is unreliable, that is the version that sells — same showroom, no range objection.
Backed by Stellantis distribution
Leapmotor International sells the C10 through Stellantis dealerships in Europe. A Chinese SUV with a major European manufacturer standing behind the retail network is a rare thing.
1,410 litres with seats folded
435 litres normally and 1,410 with the rear seats down, in a 4,740 mm body. Practical load capacity is what family and fleet buyers actually check.

A dash means the manufacturer does not publish that figure for this version — we do not estimate it. Range standards differ: CLTC and NEDC read higher than WLTP for the same car, so compare like with like when quoting against a European rival.

About this model
Where the Leapmotor C10 sits in the market
The C10 is Leapmotor's mid-size SUV and its most widely exported model — 4,740 mm on a 2,825 mm wheelbase, offered as a battery-electric car with CALB LFP packs up to 81.9 kWh and 605 km CLTC, or as an EREV range-extender with a 28.4 kWh pack giving 170 km on electricity and 950 km in total. The dual-motor electric version produces 446 kW.
It is sold officially in Australia, Europe, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and Thailand, with European distribution handled by Leapmotor International through Stellantis dealerships. That is genuine manufacturer backing, and it means homologation precedent exists against several major standards. It also means the retail channel in those markets is taken. For an independent importer the C10 is best positioned in the Middle East, Central Asia and parts of Africa, where the EREV version in particular answers the charging-infrastructure objection outright.
Offered both as a battery-electric car and as an EREV range-extender with a small engine acting as a generator. The two are mechanically different products — specify which one you want.
Before you order
What an importer must know about the Leapmotor C10
LHD standard; right-hand-drive is not explicitly documented, though Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and South Africa are confirmed export markets and several are RHD — verify the specific build. Charging is GB/T on China-market cars, CCS2 on European specification. Leapmotor International, the Stellantis joint venture, holds distribution in Europe and appointed markets — check whether your destination is covered, since that determines both competition and warranty. The EREV version needs no charging infrastructure to function, which is usually the deciding factor in markets without a charging network.
Market fit
Where the Leapmotor C10 sells
Based on documented export presence and how the vehicle suits local conditions — not a guarantee of homologation, which we confirm per market before you order.
Middle East
No Leapmotor International presence in most Gulf states; the EREV version suits long distances and limited charging.
Southeast Asia
Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand are confirmed markets with regional assembly in Indonesia and Malaysia.
Central Asia
Open channel with harsh winters where the EREV's engine backup avoids cold-weather range loss entirely.
Africa
South Africa is a confirmed market; elsewhere the EREV works without any charging infrastructure at all.
