Why this model

What makes the Hyptec HT worth importing

01

Rear gull-wing doors

Conventional front doors with gull-wing rear doors. It is a genuine showroom draw — the kind of feature that gets a car photographed and talked about in a market where the brand is unknown.

02

280 kW DC charging

10 to 70 percent in fifteen minutes. Charging speed at that level is normally found only on cars costing far more.

03

Already launched in Thailand and Indonesia

Both markets received the HT officially, which means Southeast Asian homologation exists and the gull-wing doors have passed regional safety approval.

04

825 km CLTC on the largest pack

The 99.5 kWh NMC version offers range that removes any practical charging concern, in a premium SUV with a 2,935 mm wheelbase.

About this model

Where the Hyptec HT sits in the market

The Hyptec HT is the mid-size SUV from Hyptec, GAC Aion's premium sub-brand — 4,935 mm on a 2,935 mm wheelbase, with rear gull-wing doors, batteries from 70 kWh LFP to 99.5 kWh NMC giving 550 to 825 km CLTC, and a 250 kW rear motor producing 430 Nm for a 5.8-second 0–100 km/h time in export specification.

The gull-wing doors are the commercial point. In a market where GAC and Hyptec have no brand recognition, a distinctive feature does the work that a badge would otherwise do — customers photograph it, talk about it and walk into the showroom to see it. The HT launched officially in Thailand and Indonesia, so Southeast Asian homologation exists including approval of the door mechanism. Charging at 280 kW DC puts it ahead of most rivals at any price.

Which version are you quoting?

Hyptec (昊铂) is GAC Aion's premium sub-brand. The HT is its mid-size SUV, distinguished by rear gull-wing doors.

Before you order

What an importer must know about the Hyptec HT

LHD and RHD both indicated — Thailand and Indonesia are RHD and LHD markets respectively and both received the car officially, so factory builds exist for each. Charging is GB/T on China-market cars, with up to 280 kW DC. Note the gull-wing rear doors: some markets scrutinise unconventional door mechanisms during homologation, though Thai and Indonesian approval sets a useful precedent. Range figures mix CLTC and NEDC depending on the source variant, so we confirm which standard applies to the exact build being quoted.

Market fit

Where the Hyptec HT sells

Based on documented export presence and how the vehicle suits local conditions — not a guarantee of homologation, which we confirm per market before you order.

Southeast Asia

Officially launched in Thailand and Indonesia, so homologation including the gull-wing doors is already established for the region.

Middle East

Premium SUV demand in the Gulf where a visually distinctive car sells itself, and fast charging suits the infrastructure being built.

Central Asia

Premium buyers comparing against imported German SUVs; 825 km CLTC covers the region's long distances.

South Asia

Pakistan has seen the HT presented, and premium electric demand is emerging in major cities.

Hyptec HT FAQ

Questions importers ask about this model

Will the gull-wing doors cause homologation problems? +
They have already passed approval in Thailand and Indonesia, which is a useful precedent, but some markets do examine unconventional door mechanisms closely — particularly for emergency egress and side-impact requirements. It is worth settling this early rather than discovering it during certification. We check the specific requirement for your destination before you commit to an order, because it is the one item on this car that can genuinely stall an approval.
Is Hyptec a different brand from Aion? +
Hyptec (昊铂) is GAC Aion's premium sub-brand, positioned above the mainstream Aion models in the same way Denza sits above BYD. It shares GAC's engineering and supply chain but with higher specification, more power and distinctive design. For marketing purposes in a new market, it is usually clearer to present it as Hyptec rather than as an Aion variant, since the positioning is genuinely different.
How fast does it actually charge? +
Up to 280 kW DC, taking the battery from 10 to 70 percent in about fifteen minutes, and 11 kW on AC. That is faster than most premium electric SUVs. The caveat is the same as for any high-power car: the destination charger must be able to deliver it, and most public networks outside China and Western Europe cannot yet. Worth setting realistic expectations with the end customer about local conditions.
Can EV Auto Pro supply the Aion Hyptec HT for export? +
Yes. We source the Aion Hyptec HT in China for export to dealers and fleet buyers. Tell us the configuration, destination country and quantity, and we will confirm current availability and send an FOB/CIF quote with the duty and certification picture for your market.
What does a Aion Hyptec HT quote include? +
We quote per confirmed configuration rather than publishing a fixed price we cannot hold. Every quote states the vehicle cost, inland transport, export handling, documentation and shipping separately, as EXW, FOB or CIF depending on your request — so you can see exactly what is and is not included before you commit to a deposit.
How is the vehicle checked before shipment? +
We check condition, appearance, mileage, configuration, battery status and basic functions before loading, and send you a photo and video report. If something does not match the specification you ordered, it is resolved before the unit is loaded rather than after it arrives at your port.
What warranty applies to an exported Aion Hyptec HT? +
Warranty policy depends on brand, model and destination country, and some manufacturer warranties are limited or void outside China. We explain the actual warranty position for your market before order confirmation rather than after, and we supply common spare and maintenance parts for units we have exported.
