Why this model

What makes the Voyah Taishan worth importing

01

370 km of electric range in a range-extender

Most range-extenders offer 150 to 200 km. The Taishan's 65 kWh pack gives 370 km CLTC on electricity alone, so the engine is genuinely a backup rather than a routine necessity.

02

1,400 km total range

A full-size six-seat SUV that crosses a country without stopping. In Central Asia, the Gulf and Africa that capability is not a luxury, it is the requirement.

03

Six seats with a ceiling-mounted screen

2+2+2 layout with a built-in refrigerator, folding tables, split sunroof and a roof-mounted screen for rear passengers. Built for people who are driven rather than driving.

04

Huawei technology throughout

Voyah's flagship leans on Huawei for its cockpit and driver assistance — the same software stack that makes the Aito models successful in China.

About this model

Where the Voyah Taishan sits in the market

The Taishan is Voyah's flagship SUV, launched in China in late 2025 — 5,230 mm long, 2,020 mm wide, on a 3,120 mm wheelbase, seating six in a 2+2+2 layout. It uses a range-extender drivetrain: a 65 kWh NMC battery driving two motors for 380 kW, with a 1.5-litre engine as a generator, giving 370 km of electric range and 1,400 km CLTC in total.

It is aimed at the Zeekr 9X, Li Auto L9 and Aito M9 — China's full-size flagship crossover class — with a built-in refrigerator, folding tables and a ceiling-mounted rear screen. The unusually large 65 kWh battery for a range-extender means the engine rarely runs in normal use. Being brand new, it has no export programme and specifications may still shift, so this is an early-adopter proposition that should be sold with that caveat stated clearly.

Which version are you quoting?

Voyah's flagship, launched in China in late 2025. A five-seat Taishan X8 variant followed in 2026. Very new — specifications may change as production settles.

Before you order

What an importer must know about the Voyah Taishan

LHD; right-hand-drive availability is not documented. This model launched in China in late 2025 and has no published export programme, so all destinations are parallel-export at present. Because it is very new, specifications may change between production batches — we obtain the manufacturer build sheet for the exact units rather than quoting launch figures. Charging is GB/T. Note the 5,230 mm length and 2,020 mm width against local registration and parking regulations. Parts availability outside China will be limited initially, which should be explained to any customer before they commit.

Market fit

Where the Voyah Taishan sells

Based on documented export presence and how the vehicle suits local conditions — not a guarantee of homologation, which we confirm per market before you order.

Middle East

Full-size luxury SUV demand is strongest in the Gulf, and 1,400 km total range suits the distances driven there.

Central Asia

Very long distances with almost no charging infrastructure — the exact conditions a 370 km range-extender is built for.

🇷🇺

Russia and the CIS

Dongfeng's established position, appetite for large luxury SUVs, and a drivetrain that avoids winter battery range loss.

Africa

Executive and government transport where range and comfort matter and no charging network exists.

Voyah Taishan FAQ

Questions importers ask about this model

Is it wise to import a model this new? +
It carries real risk and we would say so plainly. The Taishan launched in China in late 2025, so there is no field history, parts stock outside China is minimal, and specifications may change between batches. For a dealer wanting a flagship halo car and willing to accept those conditions, it can work. For a customer who needs dependable service support, an established model like the Denza D9 or Li Auto L9 is the safer recommendation.
Why does the range-extender have such a large battery? +
At 65 kWh it is roughly double what most range-extenders carry, giving 370 km of electric-only range against the usual 150 to 200 km. In practice that means the petrol generator almost never runs for normal daily use — the owner drives it as an electric car and the engine exists purely for long trips. It is a more expensive approach, which is why it appears on a flagship.
What is the Taishan X8? +
A five-seat variant of the Taishan launched in 2026, positioned slightly below the six-seat flagship. It shares the platform and drivetrain but with a simpler cabin layout and a lower price. If your customers want the size and range without the six-seat executive configuration, the X8 is worth quoting alongside. We confirm exactly which variant is on the invoice, as the names are easily confused in export listings.
Can EV Auto Pro supply the Voyah Taishan for export? +
Yes. We source the Voyah Taishan in China for export to dealers and fleet buyers. Tell us the configuration, destination country and quantity, and we will confirm current availability and send an FOB/CIF quote with the duty and certification picture for your market.
What does a Voyah Taishan quote include? +
We quote per confirmed configuration rather than publishing a fixed price we cannot hold. Every quote states the vehicle cost, inland transport, export handling, documentation and shipping separately, as EXW, FOB or CIF depending on your request — so you can see exactly what is and is not included before you commit to a deposit.
How is the vehicle checked before shipment? +
We check condition, appearance, mileage, configuration, battery status and basic functions before loading, and send you a photo and video report. If something does not match the specification you ordered, it is resolved before the unit is loaded rather than after it arrives at your port.
What warranty applies to an exported Voyah Taishan? +
Warranty policy depends on brand, model and destination country, and some manufacturer warranties are limited or void outside China. We explain the actual warranty position for your market before order confirmation rather than after, and we supply common spare and maintenance parts for units we have exported.
